These meat forks have a nice double twist handle for a good grip and a loop to hang it from to keep it handy. They are cured in vegetable oil (400 degrees for 2 hours) just like cast iron and they should be treated the same as cast iron. These are very SHARP. These pictures are REPRESENTATIVE of what you will receive. I forge these in groups of 12, so there is some variation, like anything hand made.
These run from 20 to 21.5in long. The tines run from 3.5 to 4 inches long and taper from about 1/4in dia down for good strength. The loop is about 1.5 in dia. The handle is about 6in long. Each one is signed with my touch mark.
