What if the color is not as shown in the ad photo?
Please be aware that photos viewed online can vary across different devices. I try to photograph my work as true to color as possible. Slight differences in brightness of color saturation may be observed. These differences are not valid reasons for a return or refund.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERALS AND DAMAGED ITEM!!
YOU WILL HAVE TO PRESENT IT TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INSPECTION !!!
Once a damaged item claim is filed with USPS, a letter will be sent to you asking YOU to take it to the post office with all packaging materials for inspection. This is USPS policy. A delay in doing this could jeopardize both parties from receiving a refund. Send proof of damage, photos of item, package and packing materials to me at [email protected]
Any item that arrives to the customer damaged with insurance will be refunded after the insurance claim is filed and resolved.
Can I refuse my order if it arrives damaged?
YES, if you receive the package and the box is obviously damaged or you hear rattling or clinking of any kind, BEFORE YOU OPEN IT, you can refuse the package back to USPS or any carrier. I would suggest taking photos of the package to keep as proof.
Shipping: I ship a least once a week, depending on order volume. I am a one person shop. All shipping costs are based on shipping to the lower 48 states.
