These meat flippers have a nice double twist handle for a good grip and a loop to hang it from to keep it handy. They are cured in vegetable oil (400 degrees for 2 hours) just like cast iron and they should be treated the same as cast iron. These are very SHARP.. These pictures are REPRESENTATIVE of what you will receive. I forge these in groups of 12, so there is some variation, like anything hand made. Each one is signed with my touch mark. These are about 16 to17 inches long. The handle is about 5in long. The loop is about 1.25in.
